Job Description

As a Sales Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and manage sales opportunities in Bali for a wide portfolio of construction chemical products.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, applicators, and distributors.
    • Conduct technical presentations, product training, and on-site demonstrations.
    • Provide hands-on technical support and solution recommendations to clients.
    • Monitor project pipelines and ensure specification adherence.
    • Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and drive market penetration.
    • Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams for customer support and project execution.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Engineer should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
    • 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in construction chemicals, building materials, or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
    • Self‑driven, target-focused, and capable of working independently in the Bali market.
    • Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
    • Based in Bali or open to relocation.
