Job Description
Reporting directly to the Global General Counsel, this is an important role as part of a global legal team, ensuring that the company complies with relevant laws and regulations in the business areas in which it operates.
- Manage every aspect of day to day operation of the Compliance execution to ensure statutory requirements and best practices are designed into the framework.
- General corporate compliance, data privacy, and financial compliance assistance.
- Support other functions in within the Legal department.
- Deal with cross-border Legal work for business expansion.
The Successful Applicant
- Indonesia's law school graduate and hold a permanent bar license (a PERADI member)
- Min 9 years of experience - International affiliated Law Firm & In-house focusing on Compliance
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English
- Private practice experience is a plus
