About Our Client

Our client is one of Indonesia's largest and most prominent energy companies. The company diversified their business and focuses on the development, operation, and management of power generation projects, including renewable energy sources such as solar. Our client is aspired to complete the largest PV project in Indonesia.

Job Description

* Lead negotiations with Solar PV EPC and BESS OEM.

* Assist in drafting commercial contracts with legal counsel.

* Develop and oversee the project's budget.

* Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure the project is completed on time, within specifications, and on budget.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management roles, with at least 5 years in the renewable energy sector, specifically solar PV projects.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in project financing and financial management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for solar PV projects.
