Job Description

As the Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and visibility of our education center across Indonesia. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to support expansion, increase student enrolment, and strengthen brand presence in a competitive market. Other responsibilities are:Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive growth.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Developing new education centers, especially outside Jakarta areas.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
  • Strengthening brand positioning and awareness in key regions.
  • Collaborating with academic and operations teams to align messaging with program offerings.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Building and maintaining relationships with schools, universities, government bodies, and corporate partners.
  • Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling communication across all touchpoints.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Director should communicate in both English and Bahasa, and ideally come from education or professional / business service sector. Other requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred. And international education will be highly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in education, or service industries.
  • Proven track record of driving growth in a scaling organization.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans effectively.
  • Experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A solid understanding of operational and financial management.
  • A passion for driving positive societal impact through innovative solutions.
