Job Description

As General Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including patient services, compliance, and financial performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance service offerings and expand market presence.
  • Ensure adherence to international standards in medical safety, quality, and patient experience.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive initiatives in digital health and personalized medicine to maintain competitive advantage.

The Successful Applicant

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of leadership experience in healthcare, luxury wellness, or high-end hospitality sectors.
  • Strong operational and financial management expertise.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Knowledge of regenerative medicine or advanced medical technologies is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and premium service delivery.
  • Preferably Woman.
