Job Description

  • The COO will formulate and implement comprehensive strategies to drive productivity and profitability across paddyfield operations, aligning with the organization's long-term goals.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of paddyfield cultivation, including planting, growing, harvesting, and post-harvest activities. The COO will ensure that all processes are optimized for efficiency and quality.
  • Managing and mentoring a diverse team of professionals involved in paddyfield operations. The COO will foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Leading and overseeing major projects and initiatives related to the expansion and development of paddyfield assets, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure effective communication, compliance, and support for operational goals.
  • Developing and managing budgets for paddyfield operations, monitoring financial performance, and implementing cost-effective measures to optimize resource utilization and achieve financial targets.


The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in agricultural operations management is essential, with a strong background in paddyfield or crop management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic plans to meet business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Open to expatriate
