The COO will foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Leading and overseeing major projects and initiatives related to the expansion and development of paddyfield assets, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic objectives.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure effective communication, compliance, and support for operational goals.Developing and managing budgets for paddyfield operations, monitoring financial performance, and implementing cost-effective measures to optimize resource utilization and achieve financial targets.The Successful Applicant A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
