The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • A strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in financial services sector.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and inspire teams effectively.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
  • Proficiency in analysing HR data and presenting actionable insights.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
