  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR and legal functions.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in law, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in both HR management and legal operations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
