We are currently representing one of our client with Hospitality's business in Bali

Job Description

As a Chief Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise daily operations of the engineering department
  • Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems are functioning efficiently
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and infrastructure
  • Hire, train, and manage engineering staff
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations
  • Prepare and manage the engineering department's budget

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Engineer should have:

  • At least Diploma degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bulding / facility management, with portfolio in hospitality sector
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to be based in Bali
