Job Description

  • Develop and execute channel partner acquisition strategies to expand the partner network.
  • Build strong relationships with existing partners to maximize engagement and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design partner programs, incentives, and training initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to attract new partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in channel sales, or partner management within the technology sector.
  • More than 5+ years experience in solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
