Job Description

  • Lead all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, capital management, treasury, and reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial statements, including management reporting and regulatory reports to OJK, BI
  • Develop strategic financial plans in alignment with business objectives
  • Act as a business partner to the CEO and Board, providing financial insights and recommendations
  • Oversee audit, tax, and risk-related financial matters
  • Lead and mentor the finance team across all levels



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA/MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations (OJK, BI), PSAK, and IFRS
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management (internal and external)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
