Our client is a global sports & retail apparel company looking to hire someone seasoned in strategy & PMO to drive the expansion initiatives in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Drive and manage business internal alignments, including meeting setup, action definition, follow-ups, and sign-offs between teams in EM, SEA, and Indonesia.
  • Track and ensure timely closure of all assigned business tasks and deliverables.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes by engaging key stakeholders and ensuring all necessary approvals are secured.
  • Maintain and manage the business project schedule, ensuring alignment with the Tech project schedule.
  • Oversee key business milestones such as store openings, system migrations, and inventory stock take processes.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks, driving issue resolution in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Ensure proper coordination of staff hiring and training efforts to support project execution.
  • Manage end-to-end testing (E2E) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system configurations and business processes.
  • Oversee data flow and reporting across workstreams, ensuring accurate business insights and tracking.
  • Manage intercompany product costing and product flow, ensuring seamless supply chain execution and financial alignment.
  • Support system configuration efforts to optimize operational efficiency and integration with business processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8 years of experience in strategic business development, strategy execution, or cross-functional, program/project management, preferably within a global corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end testing (E2E) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.
  • Strong PMO skills, including structured problem-solving, task management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional teams across Business and Tech, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
  • Open to have 1-year contract employment
