The selected individual will be responsible to lead all marketing activities in Indonesia, and to ensure both short-term and long-term target is being met. Other responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing holistic marketing plans that are aligned with brand strategy, and one that encompassed user acquisition and engagement.
- Creating a focused approach on long-term sustainability in building the brand.
- Annual budgeting, managing the marketing investment plans and the responsibility to prove ROI based on spending and budget.
- Responsible for product marketing and product management activities, including the launch and go-to-market activities
- Building a high-performance organisation through developing and retaining high performers within the business.
- Optimising the marketing mix and touch point strategy through digital and other off-line media when needed.
- Ensuring that branding and traffic acquisitions are achieved with optimal investment level.
- Driving digital innovation to meet the business needs, and actively involved in growing new targeted customers.
- Conducting market research to understand the trend in the fin-tech industry.
- Managing discrete marketing channels, including content marketing, social, campaigns, PR, Partnerships.
- Building amazing marketing campaigns and stories that resonate with targeted audience and creating virality.

It is essential that the candidate we are looking for has exposure in campaign management, and marketing in both online and offline. Furthermore, you will be hands-on and do not mind working in an unstructured environment. Communication in Bahasa and English is a must. Other requirement:
- University graduate major in a reputable university; post-graduate degree is a plus.
- At least 8 years of working experience in a marketing role with exposure in a technology-driven organization or within the high-tech/start up environment, and one which focused on digitalization.
- Good leadership skill be a team player and is able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrating ability to prioritise work in order to achieve the given target.
- Passionate about the products (gaming)
- Creative and expert at building amazing marketing campaigns.
- Expert in the digital marketing, social media will be preferred.
- Entrepreneur drive, hands-on, and excellent presentation skill.
- Track records of delivering results in complex and dynamic environment.
- Complete fluency in both English and Indonesian, spoken and written as well as strong business acumen, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a high-paced growth environment.
- Solid knowledge of SEO and how to generate organic traffic.
- Experience in digital marketing analytics tools, and data-minded.
