Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy for the business.
  • Heavily involved in market research analysis including bench marking and market trends to contribute in new product development
  • Ensure the delivery of product launch for all channels meet the target via effective and efficient campaign and marketing push
  • Improve customer engagement and retention strategy to build loyal customer base
  • Create and improve customer journey, brand attributes and brand positioning
  • Initiate earner news value through PR programs and cohesive communication strategy

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Experience handling marketing, brand, communications and product marketing department in financial services industry is highly preferred
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in related subjects
  • Good command of English and Indonesia in professional setting
  • Master degree is preferred but not a must
