About Our Client
Our client is a multinational fashion retail company and they are currently hiring for buyer position for three categories (ladies, men, and kids) to become part of their business growth.
Job Description
- Handle the buying operation process from sourcing, negotiation, selecting vendors, maintaining good relationship with vendors, etc.
- Develop strategic buying plans for the assigned category, such as ladies, men, or kids.
- In charge of the buying budget and planning to help meet the profit targets as well as achieve cost reduction.
- Placing orders based on the buying plan and making sure the orders are being delivered in a timely manner.
- Providing direction and support to develop talents and monitor their performance within the respective department.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Fashion or Textile.
- 5 years of working experience as Buyer in fashion retail industry, preferably with ladies/men/kids category experience.
- Good knowledge of fashion retail industry.
- Strong analytic, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Able to pay attention to details.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Oral & Written).
