Job Description

  • Identify partnership opportunities and lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
  • Guide marketing and sales team in creating, implementing, and tracking brand and operational plans aligned with the strategies
  • Influence and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to reach win-win solutions
  • Take active leadership role in the strategic planning process and business process
  • Identifying and developing business opportunity to generate revenue through new business plans

The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this Business Unit Manager Healthcare role, you will need at least five of experience in strategy, sales, operations, product management and business development especially in Services Industry, other requirements are;

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or relevant role, experience in Services Industry is a plus
  • Proven sales track record and strong network
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiationskills
