Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of pharmaceutical representatives, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key health care providers and decision-makers.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and forecast sales budgets and expenses effectively.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and ethical practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, leading and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the ethical pharmaceutical market, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
