Job Description

As a Business Unit Manager in Medical Devices, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Managing the life sciences department and coordinating with other departments
  • Overseeing the development and launch of new medical products
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards within the medical devices unit
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the life science industry
  • Analysing market trends to identify business opportunities
  • Leading the team in achieving sales targets and operational goals
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the department

The Successful Applicant

  • English proficient.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Experienced in business unit management in the medical devices (Interventional) or pharmaceutical field.
  • Sales and or marketing experience
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and product performance.
  • Communication skills
