Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal stakeholders across business and legal matters, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Act as a key coordinator between departments, facilitating smooth communication and execution of initiatives
  • Organize, prepare, and manage meetings, including senior leadership discussions and engagements with overseas investors and partners
  • Assist in investment-related activities, including preparation of documents, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Provide support on corporate secretarial matters, including documentation, scheduling, and internal reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate administrative coordination to support business operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness at all times
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment



The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in legal, business coordination, or corporate support roles
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage
  • Presentable, professional, and confident in interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Mature, resourceful, and able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday (half day on Saturday)
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta; accommodation support can be provided
