Job Description

As a Business Planning & Strategy (Korean Speaker), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a fluent interpreter and translator across Korean, Indonesian, and English in meetings, presentations, and daily business interactions
  • Bridge communication effectively between Korean expatriates and local staff/management, ensuring clear understanding across all parties
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to meet organisational goals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to analyse financial data and prepare reports.
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination between Korean stakeholders and local teams.
  • Monitoring industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting the preparation of business presentations and proposals.
  • Assisting in budget planning and performance tracking.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Planning & Strategy (Korean Speaker) should have:

  • Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
  • Must achieve TOPIK Level 6 in Korean proficiency
  • A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the insurance industry or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for financial analysis.
