Job Description

  • Lead and execute market strategies within assigned export regions.
  • Collaborate with distributors to gather market intelligence and support tailored strategies alongside the Business Unit Head and Marketing team.
  • Strengthen distributor operations by managing performance and ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Prioritize distributor needs while crafting operational plans and business strategies.
  • Support marketing execution and lead excellence-driven, customer-centric initiatives.
  • Build strong third-party partnerships and identify new market opportunities.
  • Engage with Cluster Key Accounts and Healthcare Organizations.
  • Oversee core business activities including pricing and distributor-related matters.
  • Track market performance, including in-market sales and share evolution.
  • Leverage distributor insights to help shape marketing strategies.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, supporting program implementation and training needs.
  • Partner with S&OP on demand planning and monthly forecasting.
  • Ensure distributor obligations and training plans are fulfilled and up to standard.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable university advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of proven track record in Consumer Health-Care sales
  • Strong understanding of market strategies and distributor management.
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
