Job Description
- Thorough review of business initiative proposal, tactical program for Secured Lending business and provide feedback/value added analysis from financial perspective to assess the impact of those initiatives to profitability of the Bank (pricing proposal, utilization program, balance growth)
- Develop robust financial modelling based on key business drivers for planning, forecast and provide valuable insight to Business in order to achieve the financial target
- Be a proactive business partner, provide early heads up to Business Heads if there's any potential challenges to be closely followed up prior to month end
- Provide active and thorough support in OJK Business Plan
The Successful Applicant
- 6 years working experience in relevant field
- Self-driven individual with strong analytical skill
- Comfortable working with numbers and big data
- Strong in MS Excel is a must, SQL skill will be a plus.
- Strong self determination to ensure timely and quality deliverables
- Good communication skill and able to build relationship with various stakeholders in the Bank
