Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients in the logistics sector.
  • Identifying potential business opportunities and creating strategic plans to achieve growth.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Tracking sales performance and reporting progress to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Specialist should have:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree from top tier universities
  • Overseas academic or working experience is highly preferred
  • Working experience of 5 years from logistics company and having passion for commercial role
  • Self-motivated, driven, and a willingness to always keep learning
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English
