Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (Surabaya), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Identifying potential new clients and business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Reporting on sales metrics and proposing improvements.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Providing leadership to the sales team and fostering a positive sales environment.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Representing the organisation at industry events and public meetings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager (Surabaya) should have:

  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the public sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
