About Our Client

The client is a well established retail company, focuses in fashion industry.

Job Description



  1. Develop and execute expansion strategies to increase the brand's retail footprint in new and existing markets.


  2. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential expansion opportunities.


  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate site feasibility, negotiate leases, and manage construction timelines.


  4. Create and manage budgets for new store openings, remodels, and expansions.


  5. Identify and evaluate potential partners and franchisees to support the brand's expansion efforts.


  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing stores to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.


  7. Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales to new and existing stores.


  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, vendors, and industry partners.


  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant



  1. Strong networking with malls would be an advantage


  2. At least 5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on expansion and growth.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.


  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders.


  5. Proven track record of successful store openings and expansions.


  6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.


  7. In-depth knowledge of the retail fashion industry, including consumer trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.


  8. Ability to travel as needed to support expansion efforts.
