In this capacity, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales, marketing, and distribution strategies to drive sustainable growth, enhance brand equity, and optimize market penetration for the company's products in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Drive Growth and Innovation: Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for assigned markets, channels, and categories. This includes identifying new opportunities, launching innovative products, and optimizing business operations to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Build Strong Customer Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers to drive mutual growth and value. Collaborate with customers to develop and implement joint business plans, promotional activities, and customized solutions.
  • Optimize Commercial Performance: Oversee commercial planning, pricing, and trade marketing activities to maximize sales, market share, and profitability. Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop High-Performing Teams: Empower and develop team members to achieve peak performance. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration to drive business results.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Has 3 - 5 years of experience in food service sales within a multinational company.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA, QSR, and manufacturing sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English
