Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (Hospital/ non- BPJS), your main responsibilities will include:

· Responsible for private out-of-pocket, corporate and insurance partners' customer care and satisfaction

· Build and manage key customer relationships, including large insurance companies and corporate health partners, to secure beneficial contracts and partnerships

o Ensure compliance and execution of insurance claims with partners

o Reduce waiting time and other quality metrics for private patients

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical operations, finance, and hospital leadership, customer care, to improve private patient offerings and ensure alignment with market demands

· Design and execute specialty-based campaigns and promotions for each hospitals

  • · Oversee the development of marketing materials, including advertising, PR, and patient education resources focusing on private payors

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager (Hospital/ non- BPJS) should have:

1. Willing to be a sole contributor and travel

2. Years of experience: 8 - 12 years, preferably in private-focused hospital setting or healthcare industry

3. Heavy emphasis on proven track record of leading hospital private payor, and comfort with working with targets

4. To focus search for KPI-driven and commercially focused candidates, who could currently be serving in roles like Head of Sales and Marketing, Hospital Director, Head of Business Development

  • 5. Strong connection with insurers and corporates and good knowledge of how to design effective promotions and campaigns with partners
