Job Description

A successful Business Development Director will focus on :

  • Lead and execute national supply acquisition strategy.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with groups and key partners.
  • Negotiate rates, commissions, and long-term strategic agreements.
  • Drive revenue, availability, and overall supply performance targets.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing BD & partner acquisition team.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (pricing, marketing, product) to optimize partner performance.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Director should have:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales leadership within the industry, especially on OTA business.
  • Strong leadership track record managing large commercial teams.
  • Proven ability to close senior-level hotel partnerships and drive commercial results.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Data-driven, adaptable, and able to operate in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Fluent in EnglisH
  • Willing to be based in Bali, Indonesia
