Job Description

  • Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with safety and legislative standards.
  • Deliver revenue and profit targets, meeting monthly and annual goals.
  • Maintain strict inventory controls to achieve zero stock losses.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to branch personnel across customer service, business development, and warehousing.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and manage key accounts.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of issues.
  • Control costs and drive strategies for revenue growth and efficiency.



The Successful Applicant

  • Prior experience in branch management or similar leadership role.
  • Strong network and relationships within the agriculture, construction, and material handling sector.
  • Professional background in selling industrial tires / heavy equipment (tractor) / rental business
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and operational management skills.
  • Minimum 10 years of business experience in a branch network preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive, results-driven attitude with a focus on safety and compliance.
