Job Description

As a Boutique Manager (Luxury), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily boutique operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock control.
  • Analysing sales data and preparing reports for senior management.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's image.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
