Job Description

As a Formulation Researcher Project Leader, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and conducting pharmaceutical formulation research and development
  • Analysing and interpreting research data
  • Creating detailed reports on research findings
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project success
  • Presenting research findings to stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Identifying opportunities for new product development
  • Mentoring and guiding junior research staff

The Successful Applicant

A successful Formulation Researcher should have:

  • A Master's or PhD in Life Science, Pharmacy, Biotech or a related field
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical formulation research
  • Strong knowledge of biopharmaceuticals and healthcare industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism
