Our client is a well known Turbomachinery company.

Job Description

  • Conduct a thorough market analysis for compressor services, specifically targeting Indonesia.
  • Establish new connections with clients utilizing centrifugal compressors to expand the client base.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for compressor services.
  • Actively engage with various stakeholders, including government and private entities that influence the compressor aftermarket business in Indonesia.
  • Offer comprehensive knowledge of compressor services products and their value propositions.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients.
  • Lead risk assessments of sales contracts to ensure compliance with Sulzer guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction in the compressor aftermarket business.
  • Foster enduring relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing materials.
  • Assist the Area Sales Manager with technical knowledge and/or sales activities, such as customer presentations and organizing sales meetings.
  • Provide support for accounts receivable collection efforts.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated track record as a business development manager, sales executive, or service manager in the compressor aftermarket sector, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in centrifugal compressor aftermarket operations
  • Proficient in compressor repair and maintenance technology, particularly in the centrifugal compressor aftermarket industry
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Skilled in using MS Office and CRM software like Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel throughout Indonesia
  • Experience in customer support is advantageous
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities
  • Established relationships or networks with key customers, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector
  • Basic computer literacy
