About Our Client

The client is focusing in IT products for B2B Channel.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our IT product, and ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to help them achieve their individual and team sales targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, and work closely with them to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure successful product implementation and adoption
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, and use this data to identify opportunities for improvement, and adjust the sales strategy and tactics as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful product delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B sales, and continuously improve your own sales skills and techniques

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the IT industry, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management or senior sales leadership roles
  • Have a wide and strong network for related channels, such as, Retail, Financial Services, and Government
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, and achieve revenue growth targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • A passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry
