About Our Client
Our client is named one of the top FMCG companies. Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic B2B Manager with prior experiences in FMCG, have been handling horeca.
B2B Manager will be responsible for managing industrial accounts and also distributor management. Other responsibilities including:
- Approach & open new potential user to build sales and or business agreement to achieve established sales and market share targets in the related channel and territory
- Involve in sales and marketing programmes, keep track of cost and effectiveness of programmes and activities against the goals.
- Identify territory/channel issues and opportunities.
- Coordinate and monitor activities to maximise territory/channel coverage & growth.
- Assist in all plans and execution for the channel
- Deliver sales volume forecasting from area/territory's perspective.
- Work with distributor and Sub-distributors' sales team in Greater Jakarta to ensure execution excellence in 4 key aspects i.e distribution expansion, product merchandising, on-shelf availability and promotion activities implementation.
- To build and strengthen business relationship with the key FS/Industrial Customers to ensure distributor delivers In Market Sales targets.
- Market intelligent to report all competitors' activities
The Successful Applicant
It is essential that the candidate we are looking for has an in-depth experience in managing accounts. You must be able to communicate in English and looking for Indonesian nationality.
To seize the opportunity you should have:
- Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must.
- Experiences in leading food services business is a must
- Preferably with at least 5-7 experiences
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong and proven leadership
