My client is a growing Data Center company that has operations in multiple countries.

Job Description

  • Manage contracts for big-value construction projects from drafting, negotiation, review, and renewal
  • Manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for building and maintaining data centers.
  • Handle legal requests from other divisions
  • Provide advice related to construction, investing, and operations
  • Manage dispute resolutions or investigations when they arise

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree in Law with around 5 years of work experience in similar industries (Data Center / Construction) - preferably from multinational companies
  • Solid experience in corporate & commercial matters with exposure to complex project financing and construction
  • Collaborative person who can work well with other departments
  • Meticulous in details and assertive especially for contract negotiation
  • Good proficiency in English
