Job Description

  • Ensure fleet safety and technical reliability.
  • Resolve urgent technical issues within the fleet.
  • Implement and monitor technical and safety policies.
  • Manage maintenance schedules and vessel conditions.
  • Provide project support for fleet adjustments.
  • Prepare annual budgets and manage fleet-related costs.
  • Coach staff on maintenance, safety, finance, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with fleet certifications.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10 years of relevant experience (Vessel Assistant Manager or Senior Technical Superintendent).
  • Previous experience as Chief Engineer on a tanker.
  • Bachelor's in Marine Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa.
