- Making improvements where necessary
- Mapping out the general C&B scheme of the company
- Creating a structured C&B scheme, that are both competitive and commercially viable
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum 5 years professional experience
- Proven experience in creating a C&B scheme, preferably for a manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge in HR policies and regulations, especially in the C&B spectrum, this includes taxes and other regulatory requirement
- Strong communications skill
