Job Description

  • Conduct on-site inspection of Finishing & Interior works to ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and standards
  • Ensuring the contractors quality of works complies with the owner's standards and the requirements of the contract documents including the specification and Shop Drawings
  • Liaising with the contractor's supervisors
  • Monitoring the contractor's schedule and sequence of work
  • Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, documenting any deviations from plans or specifications and provide weekly reports

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finishing / Interior Inspector or related roles with portfolio in Luxurious Villa or Hotel Projects
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment
  • Able to speak English
  • Willing to be placed in Bali
