The ideal candidate will have experience working on owner's side, with resort, villa, or hotel project. Blending functionality with aesthetics while embracing Bali's cultural and tropical elements.

About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our client that are expanding their hospitality business in Bali.

Job Description

  • Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and specifications prepared
  • Ensure all designs align with the owner's vision, brand standards, and project objectives
  • Act as the primary liaison between the owner and design teams, contractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor progress and resolve design-related issues during construction
  • Ensure design decisions support project budgets and schedules
  • Approve materials, finishes, and furniture selections for quality and aesthetics
  • Verify that designs comply with local building codes and hospitality standards



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality design and project coordination
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality design trends and tropical architecture
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in reviewing design documentation and using design software for evaluation
  • Able to speak english
  • Willing to be placed in Bali
