Job Description

  • Oversee cargo bookings, operational efficiency, data accuracy, and cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and industry standards while driving process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving cargo issues and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Foster a positive work environment, optimize profitability, and manage operating expenses effectively.
  • Supervise the handling of specialized shipments in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish regular communication with management team regarding carrier selection and other key areas.



The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in air freight or logistics operations, with a proven track record of operational efficiency and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in handling specialized shipments like healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and present them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong client relationships.
