This pivotal role focuses on acquiring new logos through direct client engagement and building strong partnerships with Big 6 digital marketing agencies (GroupM, Publicis, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas, IPG).

Our Client is a Global OEM-focused AdTech Platform headquartered in Mountain View, CA who seeks to enter the SEA market through Indonesia due its large Android user base, hence hi-po acquisition market. They're seeking to onboard the pioneering member of the organization to help them build a strong footprint in the region.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition:
    • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with brands and advertisers across key verticals (FMCG, e-commerce, finance, telco).
    • Develop tailored proposals and deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers.
  • Agency Partnership Development:
    • Build and nurture strategic relationships with Big 6 media agencies and independent trading desks.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with agency investment teams.
  • Market Strategy & Growth:
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to deliver customized AdTech solutions.
  • Revenue & Performance Management:
    • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through direct sales and agency-driven deals.
    • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5+ years in digital advertising or AdTech sales, with proven success in agency partnerships and new business acquisition.
    • Strong network within Big 6 agencies and direct brand advertisers in Indonesia.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSP/SSP platforms, and digital media buying.
    • Ability to craft strategic proposals and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Attributes:
    • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
