They are currently expanding their office in Indonesia and is looking for highly motivated and driven individual to take on the role as an Accountant.

Job Description

As an Assistant Accounting Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Preparing accurate financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts.
  • Assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
  • Monitoring internal controls to safeguard financial data and assets.
  • Collaborating with auditors during financial reviews and audits.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements within the accounting function.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in FMCG or multinational companies.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
