Job Description

  • Coordinate the development of carrier B2B sales, ensuring seamless collaboration between carrier and enterprise business units to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, organizational structures, and partner ecosystems to create targeted strategies for business growth.
  • Lead partner capability development, solution enablement, and joint marketing initiatives to strengthen enterprise offerings.
  • Introduce governance enterprise products and industry solutions, streamline channels, and improve contract quality.
  • Foster internal collaboration across business, delivery, and service teams, establishing standardized operations and talent development systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and ecosystem partners, resolving challenges in government and enterprise resale projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in account management within the telecommunications or ICT industry.
  • Strong understanding of carrier and enterprise business models, partner ecosystems, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
