Currently they are looking for Account Manager for several categories (Fashion, Lifestyle, Health & Beauty, Food & Beverage and Virtual Products). This position will be responsible to drive growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience.
Job Description
- Conduct brands, principals and big merchants acquisition for respective category
- Build, maintain and manage relationship with merchants, negotiate & create campaign
- Identify collaborative opportunity for merchant's short term & long term development plan
- Maintain service quality from the seller
The Successful Applicant
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree or above in any field
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in relevant category
- Have an excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented and have an excellent logical / problem solving skill
- Proven track record in connecting with brands or big sellers is preferred
- Performed well in team setting and adaptive to changes
- Skilled in operating Ms. Excel & Ms. PowerPoint
