The position involves the full sales cycle, from lead generation and technical support to contract negotiation and after-sales service, requiring strong industrial sales experience and a network within key Kalimantan industries.

Our client is a multinational compressor manufacturing company. They provide a comprehensive range of high-quality air compressors for both commercial and industrial applications, along with expert compressed air services, catering to diverse industry needs.

Job Description

  • Acquire new clients and develop business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Achieve sales targets by fostering strong customer relationships and actively soliciting orders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales agreement process.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and maintain client accounts.
  • Provide technical pre- and post-sales support, including training and demonstrations.
  • Attend industry events to network and promote the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.



The Successful Applicant

  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with industrial equipment, preferably including air compressors and dryers.
  • Established network within key Kalimantan industries such as Mining, Oil & Gas, and agribusiness.
  • Valid driving license and personal vehicle are required.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
