Job Description

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the food industry.
    • Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
    • Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximise profitability.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our food ingredient products and their applications.
    • Provide technical support and advice to customers.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
    • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in sales or account management within the food ingredients industry that focuses on developing savoury natural food flavor
  • Have strong network with various food manufacturing companies
  • Strong understanding of the food ingredient market and supply chain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Hunter mentality on pursuing new prospects.
