Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own regional GTM and revenue performance for the Email product portfolio, translating global strategy into measurable local execution
  • Partner closely with Sales teams-including enablement, joint customer meetings, deal support, and late‑stage cycle acceleration
  • Spend significant time with customers, leading discovery, value‑based conversations, and product positioning to drive adoption and upsell
  • Act as the regional subject‑matter expert, maintaining deep product, competitive, and market knowledge
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market signals, feeding insights into global Product and Marketing teams
  • Track and optimize performance metrics such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and product adoption
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Commercial leadership to align execution and scale impact across the region

The Successful Applicant

Candidate ProfileYou are a commercially driven professional who combines strong product knowledge with hands‑on sales execution. You enjoy being close to customers and are comfortable operating between strategy and execution.

Key requirements include:

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B product sales, solutions consulting, product GTM, or sales engineering roles
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed product‑level revenue targets, ideally in enterprise or mid‑market segments
  • Strong customer‑facing skills, including discovery, demos, and value‑based negotiation
  • Solid understanding of product‑market fit, competitive positioning, and GTM execution
  • Experience working in regional or multi‑market environments
  • Data‑driven mindset with familiarity using CRM and pipeline analytics
  • Fluent English; additional regional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the region
