Job Description

As an Associate Brand Manager - Lung Cancer, your main core functions will include:

  • Brand Strategy & Execution
    • Contribute to annual brand strategy, tactical plans, and campaign development.
    • Helping the rollout of integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
    • Coordinate with agencies on promotional materials, ensuring accuracy, scientific integrity, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Market Insights & Performance Monitoring
    • Assess market trends, market participants activities, and therapeutic landscape developments to inform brand selections.
    • Forecasting exercises, performance dashboards, and reporting cycles.
    • Evaluate customer insights to refine messaging, targeting, and resource allocation.
  • Cross‑Functional Task Areas
    • Work closely with medical, commercial, sales, market access, regulatory, and finance teams to ensure aligned brand execution.
    • Participate in planning meetings, business reviews, and brand performance discussions.
    • Engage activities with external stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Operational
    • Manage timelines, project milestones, and administrative processes to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.
    • Track budget utilization and ensure efficient resource management.
    • Ensure all activities comply with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or commercial roles within healthcare or life sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing foundations, product lifecycle management, and therapeutic area dynamics.
  • Ability to interpret data, evaluate insights, and translate findings into actionable brand contributions.
  • Strong communication, methodical, and project‑management skills.
