About Our Client
Our client is one of the biggest player in Consumer Electronics Products. In the past years they have successfully established their presence in South East Asia, especially Indonesia.
+ Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
+ Assist both external and internal hiring efforts
+ Develop recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, as well as talent planning
+ Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
+ Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
+ Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
+ Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
+ Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data
+ Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource
+ Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
+ Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
The Successful Applicant
+ Around 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with 3 years or more in Managerial position
+ Able to provide thoughtful clarity in developing concepts or understanding data
+ Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time well
+ Able to optimize recruiter performance through coaching and counselling, training and metrics
+ Willing and able to mentor team members in their development
+ Process oriented, organized and capable of meeting deadlines
+ Strong communication in English, able to speak fluent English
