About Our Client
Our client is an European-based company who is already well established in Indonesia in terms of its legal entity as well as its business network.
Below is the job description for the position:
- Execute sales strategy as well as plan and realise sales forecast and business plan within the area of responsibility in consideration of overall regional BU sales strategy in agreement with the superior
- Realise defined sales targets within the area of responsibility and gaining market share as well as introduce best practise to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Cooperation with SCM - Customer Service & Technology teams to develop innovative products & services and provide best in class customer service and solutions in the area of responsibility.
- Observation and analysis of markets, competitors and customers as well as execution of measures to improve sales performance
- Cooperation and agreement with marketing and SCM within the yearly planning process for products, volumes and prices in agreement with superior, country sales team & BU technology.
- Manage accounts and negotiate and maintain contracts within authority in consideration with defined guidelines and margins to maximise revenues and achieve sales targets,
The Successful Applicant
Candidates are expected to have:
- University degree or long-term commercial practices
- 5 years sales / commercial experience within industrial sector
- Proven sales record
- Good market knowledge in relevant industry
